You may find it helpful to freeze the paste in small quantities so that you only need to defrost what youre likely to use. The paste will keep in the freezer for up to three months as long as it has been sealed properly. Defrost thoroughly at room temperature in the sealed bag. The paste is ready to use when it has thoroughly defrosted: knead until the paste is pliable then use as normal.
